Celebrate National Dog Day with us! We will be hosting our third annual Dog Days at Critz Farms on Sunday, August 23rd. Bring your friendly dogs to the farm to celebrate in style. We will have a 1 mile walk/run, talent show with prizes, demonstrations, face painting, vendors, food trucks, and more. We also will be participating with local shelters to raise awareness of their services and collect donations! Check out the full event details here:

Activities

12-12:45 Race day registration and check in for the 1 mile off road walk/run to benefit the Angel Fund. Location is under the tent on the cider mill patio.

12:00 pm – Dog activities start including walking trails, off leash area, pools, and more. Sign up your dog for the talent show by the main stage. Pup Cups in Tap Room one scoop vanilla ice cream with a dog treat $2.00. Complimentary for each dog registered in the 1 mile walk run to benefit the Angel Fund. Vendors and food trucks will be open.

1:00 pm – Start the 1 mile walk/run to benefit the Angel Fund at the Veterinary Medical Center of CNY in Syracuse. Entry fee is $20.00. Sign up in advance here. The fund is used at the doctors’ discretion to help bridge financial gaps and assist patients in accessing care, whether through our hospital or by connecting them with lower-cost resources such as shelters and community clinics when appropriate and available.

2:00 pm – Happy Hikes Dog Training demonstration

3:00 pm – Announce raffle winners and start Dog Talent Show – Sign up your dog and show off their talents. Any simple or cute tricks are encouraged. There will be prizes & bragging rights for the top three dogs.

4:00 pm – End of dog talent show – prizes given!
