Rippleton Original is a light, effervescent extra dry cider. We start with crisp, juicy apples pressed on our antique press, then naturally ferment the cider using a champagne yeast. A touch of our own maple syrup is added to allow for a secondary fermentation right in the bottle. This elegant, delightfully sparkling champagne style cider is not just for celebrations–it’s perfect for any occasion!
