Tasting Notes
Intense and complex hop character and a light malt body create fruity, grassy, and lightly spicy hop flavors and aromas, with notes of grapefruit, mango, pear, lemon, and citrus. Our Wet Hop IPA celebrates all things local harvest, featuring generous use of freshly picked “wet” (undried) Critz Farms Cascade hops alongside Critz Farms Pale Malt. The East Meets West series of small-batch IPAs showcases one NY-grown hop and one west coast-grown hop. Batch #3 features Critz Farms Cascade and Azacca hops.
