Learn how to create a beautiful fall painting you can enjoy at home. \n\n\n\nNo prior painting experience? No worries! This event is perfect for both beginners and seasoned artists. \n\n\n\nTalented artist\, Katherine Ball McGinnis (@creationsbykbm)\, will guide you step-by-step to create your own masterpiece\, while you enjoy sipping on your favorite beverage and having fun! \n\n\n\nDetails\n\n\n\nThe workshop will begin at 6:30 pm in our tap room. We invite you to arrive early to get your drinks and settle in before class. We will have charcuterie plates and snacks for purchase. \n\n\n\nWe will be creating a beautiful winter scene painting to celebrate the season. Materials are acrylic paint on canvas. \n\n\n\nClass is $25 per person and includes materials\, instruction\, and your first drink. \n\n\n\nCelebrate the Season at Critz Farms\n\n\n\nWe invite you to check out our gift shop selling gorgeous handmade wreaths\, gifts\, fresh fudge\, and other seasonal goodies. Christmas time at Critz Farms is beautiful with wagon rides to cut-your-own Christmas trees available starting the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Nancy will also be sharing her recipe pairings matched to each of our new offerings. \n\n\n\nNancy’s cookbook will be specially priced at $40 on Sunday 11/17 only. We’ll be open for Christmas tree and wreath sales including cut-your-own trees complete with wagon rides and full service baling and tie-down. Saws provided. Weekend hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday (and Friday\, 11/29). \n\n\n\nThe Critz Cafe\, Balsam Barn Gift Shop and Critz Farms Brewing & Cider Co. Tap Room will all be open for your relaxation and shopping pleasure. Did you know that Critz Farms is one of the ONLY Christmas tree farms with a farm brewery onsite in the U.S.? Pretty cool! \n\n\n\nBring the family (& the dog) and enjoy the day–  as a reminder\, there is no admission fee to visit Critz Farms. \n\n\n\nCan’t make it on the weekend? We are open daily for tree and wreath sales. Wagon rides available Wednesday through Sunday. Our Gift Shop and Tap Room are open daily as well. The cafe is only open on weekends during tree season. Our last day for the season will be Tuesday\, December 17th.
