Critz Farms makes fresh, pure maple syrup right here on the farm every spring! On weekends, from mid March to early April, when the sap is running, visitors can come to the farm for the annual Critz Farms Maple Syrup Celebration. Take a hayride to the sugarbush, watch and learn about syrup production in the sugar house, and enjoy an All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet. There's plenty to do this spring at Critz Farms! Stop by for a jug of Critz Farms Pure Maple Syrup!

Maple Syrup Celebration Activities: Hayrides through the tree fields to the maple sugarbush. Observation of vacuum system at sap collection station in woods. Informational tour of Sugar House including tapping and sap collection procedures, boiling and syrup production, as well as bottling. Free samples of warm, fresh, pure maple syrup for tasting. Critz Café will serve an All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet from 9:00 - 1:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Kiddie Corral and Slide Mountain children's play areas will be open weather permitting.

Free Admission to the farm during the Maple Syrup Celebration Hours: Weekends 9-3 (or by chance when boiling)
