Tap Room

Critz Farms has a comfortable tap room, a bright and comfortable place to relax and savor the tastes of fresh, locally produced beverages. The large windows, beautiful views, and friendly staff simply add to the experience. Enjoy our products during a tasting, or purchase by the flight or by the glass. Bottles, cans, and growlers can be purchased to take home, but can not be consumed on farm property. Want to hang out longer? When the weather is fine, we invite you to enjoy our spacious patio or take a walk around the farm. Have a drink and stay a while! 

Our handcrafted hard ciders, made in small batches, are all made from our own farm fresh apples. A sampling of some of our ciders, flavored with either maple syrup, honey, or fruit juice, can be found on tap in our Tap Room.

Our handcrafted ales, also produced from ingredients grown on our farm, have included more than twenty different beers. We serve an average of eight of our own brews on tap in our Tap Room at any given time.

Our Tap Room also includes Critz Farms and regional beverages, preserves, maple syrup, cheeses, snacks, clothing, gifts, and souvenirs. You can also buy some of these online.

When you aren’t visiting us at the farm, be sure to enjoy our hard ciders and beers at restaurants and bars throughout Central New York. Look for bottles and cans of our handcrafted ales and ciders at local liquor stores, convenience stores, markets, and select grocery stores.
